These Terms and Conditions govern all projects, services, and engagements provided by Wurx (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting a quotation, signing a proposal, making a payment, or using our services, the client (“you” or “the client”) agrees to these Terms.
Wurx provides services including, but not limited to:
• Web design and development
• Branding and visual identity
• UI/UX design
• Hosting and maintenance
• E-commerce setup
• Marketing and digital assets
Any services outside the agreed proposal require a separate quotation.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on agreed specifications; changes may affect cost and timelines.
Hourly, fixed-fee, and retainer models may be used depending on the project.
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed.
Remaining payments are due based on milestones or delivery schedule.
Late payments may pause work and delay timelines.
Hosting, support, or subscription services must be paid in advance.
Clients must provide:
• Accurate project requirements
• Content, images, credentials, and approvals on time
• Access required for implementation
Delays in client response extend delivery timelines.
Projects include a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billable.
Wurx retains ownership of concepts, drafts, source files, and working files unless otherwise agreed.
Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment.
Stock assets, fonts, software licenses remain subject to third-party terms.
If hosting or support is provided:
• Wurx is not responsible for outages caused by external providers.
• Security, backups, and performance levels depend on the selected plan.
• Misuse, malware from client uploads, or code alterations void responsibility.
Projects may rely on:
• Plugins, themes, APIs
• Payment gateways
• Email services
• SaaS platforms
Wurx is not liable for failures, changes, or costs imposed by third parties.
Delivery estimates assume:
• Required materials received on time
• No scope changes
• Timely approvals
Delays caused by the client are not Wurx’s responsibility.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Work completed before cancellation must be paid for.
Prepaid service subscriptions are non-refundable once active.
Unless agreed otherwise, Wurx may:
• Display completed work in its portfolio
• Place a discreet credit link on websites
Clients may request removal for an additional fee.
Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information. Client credentials must be provided securely.
Wurx is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Downtime caused by hosting, plugins, or third parties
• Issues arising from client modifications or access mismanagement
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, products, and data practices comply with applicable laws, including privacy and e-commerce regulations.
Wurx may terminate services if:
• Payments are overdue
• Abuse, fraud, or unreasonable behavior occurs
• Systems or security are at risk
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Ajman.
Wurx may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance.
